Comprehensive multi-omics dataset from the IMvigor210 phase II clinical trial of metastatic urothelial cancer patients treated with atezolizumab (anti-PD-L1). This dataset includes CIBERSORT immune cell deconvolution scores, gene expression values, and various immune-related molecular signatures.
