A comprehensive dataset containing immune cell infiltration scores derived from CIBERSORT analysis of TCGA Stomach Adenocarcinoma (STAD) RNA-seq data. Includes detailed immune cell subtype proportions for each gastric cancer sample.

Usage

data(tcga_stad_sig)

Format

A data frame with 375 rows (samples) and 464 variables:

  • ID – TCGA barcode

  • 22 CIBERSORT immune-cell proportions (0–1 scale)

  • Immune-checkpoint and signature scores

  • Remaining columns – other deconvolution / signature outputs
